Where are orders shipped from?
From France, for all products. Parts are made to order in the workshop, in the Camargue.
Which colours are available?
The colours offered are listed in the options of each product. If the colour you want is not there, write to us: a special request is considered case by case.
How do I know if the product fits my machine?
Use the compatibility guide: search for your brand or model. If in doubt, write to us before ordering, giving the exact reference of your device.
What if the part does not fit?
Contact me: I will look for a solution with you, an adaptation or a replacement in case of a fitting problem.
